Service Level Agreement

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Second Wind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you will retain access to your website files and data for a transition period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms
